Dinos Sudoku is an educational Sudoku game designed specifically for children. The game primarily runs locally on your device and does not collect any personally identifiable information. The app displays child-appropriate, non-personalized ads at launch, with all ad content meeting G-rated (suitable for all ages) standards.

2. Information Collection

2.1 Information We Do NOT Collect

Dinos Sudoku does NOT collect any of the following information:

• Personal identification information (name, age, gender, etc.)
• Contact information (email, phone number, address, etc.)
• Device information (device ID, IP address, etc.)
• Location information (GPS, geolocation, etc.)

• Contacts or address book information

2.2 Locally Stored Data

The app only stores the following game data locally on your device. This data never leaves your device:

• Game Progress: Current level, completed levels, star ratings
• Game Settings: Music toggle, number/dinosaur mode, language preference
• Game State: Saved incomplete games, game duration records
• Dinosaur Collection: Unlocked dinosaur records

This data is only used to provide game functionality and is stored locally on the device. It is never uploaded to any server.

3. Information Use

Since we do not collect any information:

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Google AdMob Advertising Service

Dinos Sudoku uses Google AdMob to display ads at app launch. We have enabled Child-Directed Treatment (COPPA Compliant) to ensure:

Google AdMob may collect the following non-personally identifiable information for ad serving:

• Device type (iPhone/iPad/Android)
• Operating system version
• App version
• Anonymous ad impression and click statistics

Important: With child-directed treatment enabled, AdMob will NOT:

5. Children's Privacy Protection (COPPA Compliant)

Dinos Sudoku is designed specifically for children. We strictly comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

5.1 Advertising and Child Protection

Our ad display methods fully comply with COPPA and Google Play Families Policy:

• Ads are only displayed at app launch, not during gameplay
• Ad content is strictly filtered to show only child-appropriate content
• Ads do not mislead children into clicking or performing inappropriate actions
• Ads have clear close buttons that children can easily use
• The app remains functional even if ads fail to load

6. Data Security

Although we do not collect any data, we still take measures to protect locally stored game data:

• All game data is stored only on your device
• We use standard system data storage mechanisms (SharedPreferences/UserDefaults)
• Data is protected by the device's operating system security
• All local data is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled

7. Permissions

Dinos Sudoku only requests necessary basic permissions:

• 📡 Internet Permission (for ads only): Used to load ads at launch; the game itself does not require internet

The app only uses basic device features (audio playback, local storage, network for ad loading) to provide the gaming experience.

7.1 iOS-Specific Permissions

On iOS devices, you may see the following permission requests:

• App Tracking Transparency (ATT): We do not track you; this permission is only for iOS compliance. The app works normally even if you deny this permission, and privacy protection is not affected.
• Local Network: Only used for development debugging; we do not access your local network devices.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete all game data at any time:

• Clear Game Progress: Tap "Clear Progress" in the app settings
• Complete Deletion: Uninstalling the app will automatically delete all local data

Since all data is stored locally only, deleted data cannot be recovered.

9. Privacy Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted within the app and on our website. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app.

Continued use of the app indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
